Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Putup: 100 Pushups a Day. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must be 17 or older to use Putup.
You sign in with your Apple ID and are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
Putup has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't post or send anything sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent or illegal, and don't impersonate anyone. Photos you post must be of you.
You can report or block anyone from their profile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and content or accounts that break these rules are removed.
Your content
Your photos, bio and other posts stay yours. You let Putup store them and show them in the app as your settings allow; a Private before and after is shown only to you.
Challenges and money
Stakes, refunds and forfeits follow the Official Challenge Rules, which are part of these terms.
Your health
Pushups are physical exercise. Check with a doctor before you start if you have any health concerns, stop if you feel pain, and use the app at your own risk. Putup doesn't give medical advice.
The service
Putup is provided as is. Features can change or stop. As far as the law allows, the developer's total liability is limited to the stakes you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple's Standard License Agreement for apps also applies.
Changes and contact
These terms may change; using the app after a change means you accept the new version.

Official Challenge Rules
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any manner with, this challenge.
The sponsor
The challenge is operated and sponsored solely by the developer of Putup: 100 Pushups a Day, who is responsible for it in full.
The deal
You choose a stake of 10, 25 or 50, in US dollars or euros. It is charged to your payment method when you start a 30-day challenge.
Complete your daily target (100 or 50 pushups, chosen when you start) on every day of the challenge — or cover a day with a skip day — and your full stake is refunded to the original payment method when the challenge completes.
A day you miss is covered by a skip day automatically. Miss more than 7 days, or quit after day 1 has started, and the stake is forfeited.
Double down
Within 48 hours of losing a challenge, you can double down once: pay the same stake again to start a new 30-day challenge from day 1.
Complete the new challenge and both stakes are refunded to their original payment methods. Lose it and both are forfeited. A challenge that was itself a double down can't be doubled again.
Days and timing
Days run midnight to midnight in the time zone you started the challenge in, even if you travel.
Pushups can be done at any time before the day ends, in as many sets as you like.
Depending on when you start, day 1 is the same day or the next day, as shown before you lock in.
Skip days
Each challenge includes 7 skip days. Using one marks the day as covered; a day you miss uses one automatically.
Counting
Reps are counted on your device using the camera's depth sensing; nothing is recorded or stored.
You can correct a miscount by up to 20 reps a day while the camera counts. The honest-use rule: counts you submit are your own real pushups. Abusing the counter may void the challenge without refund.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds for completed challenges are issued automatically to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Refunds go back in the currency you paid in, for the full amount; conversion fees your bank may charge aren't covered.
Before day 1 starts you can cancel from the challenge details page for a full refund. After that, cancelling forfeits the stake.
Deleting your account during a challenge counts as quitting: the stake is forfeited and not refunded.
By starting a challenge you agree that it begins immediately (or on the shown day 1) and expressly waive any statutory withdrawal period once it has begun.
Eligibility
You must be 17 or older, hold a valid payment method in your own name, and the challenge is void where prohibited by law.
This is a personal commitment challenge: you can only ever recover your own stake, never money from anyone else.
Changes and contact
The developer may update these rules; the version in the app at the moment you start a challenge applies to it.
